Super runny, like water

"Shampoo is too runny, it's literally like water. Some spilled during the delivery, some of it is continuously leaking while standing in my bathroom. Either the packaging should be changed, so the bottle can stand and not allow the shampoo to spill out, or the consistency should be changed. Overall, this product is bad."

Too Watery

"I've used the Keratin Complex "Smoothing Shampoo" previously, but I wanted to try the Amplifying Shampoo. Although I'm guessing it works OK, the shampoo seems drastically watered down. It's extremely watery, to the point that it's difficult to pour it into my hand and then transferring it to my head as it just runs right out of my hand. It's nothing like the consistency of the smoothing shampoo. I reported this to Keratin Complex on the website, but I was told that most of your shampoos "can be" thin and watery."
