"Ordered it via Amazon, in my experience with this shampoo, I found the strong purple color intriguing, giving it a dense appearance, or maybe the shampoo was old. However, after a single wash, my hair felt oily and dirty, prompting me to wash it twice for proper cleanliness. Contrary to the claim of leaving hair shiny and conditioned, I didn't observe the expected results. Improved efficacy and adherence to advertised benefits would greatly enhance customer satisfaction. No value for money!"
