Distributor Education Request

Pre-Qualifications: KC In-person education is recommended to support a salon’s purchase of and/or conversion to Keratin Complex Treatments. If salons are interested in education prior to purchase or conversion, digital or virtual education is highly recommended.  

Class Requirements: A minimum of 10 attendees is required for in-person or in salon classes. Cluster classes or distributor events are recommended to achieve attendance minimum. All virtual 30-min KC Q&A & 1-hour classes are free to any account.

Class fee may be charged to distributor if minimum attendance is not met. Please have accounts register at https://keratincomplex.com/pages/virtual-online-education for free refresher classes or for stylists/salons that either do not meet the 10 attendee minimum requirement or do not wish to host a cluster class.

Disclaimer: We require up to 4 weeks to schedule and coordinate in-person or virtual classes. Travel is managed and paid for by Keratin Complex EDU

Cancellation: Cancellations within 15-days of class or event, the distributor may be held responsible for costs incurred by the brand caused by the cancellation, including but not limited to, all costs associated with
educator’s travel arrangements.
