Leaking/defective tubes - TWICE!

"1st tube waa promptly replaced...but...2nd was worse! Top seam of tubes opened. Sent pic of second tube - empty! - but crickets after 2 communications to them. DID love the product as got 2 applications from tube 1 by cutting it open. Bummer. I'll try again in a few months in hopes of solution. NOBODY else?"
