    Disappointing

    "I have colored my hair for years and put keratin treatments on my hair for years . Because of that I have used for years keratin complex smoothing color care shampoo and conditioner. I love it! Recently I decided to stop coloring and just do my keratin treatments. So I decided to try the keratin care shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner is fine. But this shampoo is awful! It strips my hair just like a clarifying shampoo! You know, the shampoo you use when you want to remove build up of hair spray or other products. I expected it to be a more gentle shampoo since its supposed to be an after care product. I was so disappointed and to top it off I bought a gallon of it! Its too late to return it and customer service said the color care isnt sold in gallon bottles and they didnt offer me any in another size. I’m stuck with all this shampoo I don’t like. My experience with customer service has been good. I should have just returned it before the 30 days was up instead of thinking I was gonna get used to it. My bad!"

    The ingredients say it contains sulfate but the description also says for keratin treated hair. Will the sulfate in this remove my treatment ?

    Are your products animal testing free?
    Hi Maureen, We do not test our products on animals. Although, our Signature Keratin is derived from sheep wool, the sheep are shaved prior to the keratin extraction. Therefore, no harm comes to the animal.
    This shampoo won’t remove my keratin smoothing treatment even though it contains ALS?
