Does t “shift color”. It stripped my color

"I’m a professional, using KC for 16 years. I really wasn’t excited about the new KCRio. I love the ones we use already (kmax, NKST, Express) But our sales rep was all excited about it. Thankfully I used myself as a guinea pig. One of my coworkers used it on me. I’m a level 5/6 (Wella) and my hair turned orange. (Iron on 360°] Our rep was like, well, just tone after. Who wants to pay for that?! Or who wants to take the time to do that? No thanks."
