"Shampoo is too runny, it's literally like water. Some spilled during the delivery, some of it is continuously leaking while standing in my bathroom. Too Watery

"I've used the Keratin Complex "Smoothing Shampoo" previously, but I wanted to try the Amplifying Shampoo. Although I'm guessing it works OK, the shampoo seems drastically watered down. It's extremely watery, to the point that it's difficult to pour it into my hand and then transferring it to my head as it just runs right out of my hand. It's nothing like the consistency of the smoothing shampoo. I reported this to Keratin Complex on the website, but I was told that most of your shampoos "can be" thin and watery."

Is it sulfate and paraben free?
Hi Ashley, Unfortunately, our Keratin Volume Amplifying Shampoo is not paraben free. Parabens are a family of related chemicals that are commonly used as preservatives in cosmetic products. Preservatives may be used in cosmetics to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria and mold, in order to protect both the products and consumers.
